This wall-mounted vase made of copper plate, which looks like an abstract painting drawn with powerful brush strokes, was colored by Takaoka craftsmen using their unique metal coloring technique. The blue-green pattern that gushes out like spray from crashing waves is a distinctive feature of this work, and no two pieces have the same pattern. It is a piece with a variety of charms that will never grow old, and can be enjoyed in a different way by with the addition of flowers.
