A thrower living in Kyoto Prefecture. Born and raised in a ceramic family. His works are characterized by his expression of glaze, pursuing unique color expressions by repeatedly blending and test firing many times.
Among the innumerable colous, to reach our own color is an endless journey. Beyond the emotive color expressions of the Kyoto people is an impression of Kyoto blossoms in full bloom, floating. It seems like the vessel is trying to convey something to a person.
